Prepare the catalogue
Collect names, descriptions, prices, variants and stock rules. Use accurate images that show the real product. Decide how unavailable products behave and who updates the catalogue after launch.
Confirm payment and delivery requirements
Check your preferred payment provider’s onboarding requirements before development. Define delivery areas, fees and order handling. Do not assume every gateway supports every business or currency.
Write customer information clearly
Customers should understand returns, delivery times and how to contact you. Arrange appropriate review of your policies. Place important information near the buying journey rather than hiding it in a footer.
Test the steps that create an order
Review product selection, variants, checkout, payment responses and order notifications. Check on a real phone and include error cases. A successful homepage review does not prove that checkout works.
Plan the first month after launch
Assign responsibility for orders, stock changes, support and technical updates. Decide which measurements matter and how issues are reported. A useful store depends on the operating process behind it.
